A good nights sleep

I have a lot of trouble getting comfortable at nighttime due to always having back pain. People with bad backs will understand what I mean – when your back hurts, it can be near impossible to get comfortable enough to sleep. My mother recently bought me a memory foam mattress topper to reduce stress placed on pressure points while I sleep. I was skeptical to begin with as memory foam doesn’t exactly sound that comfortable. You place it on top of your mattress but underneath your fitted sheet, where it serves to mold to your shape rather than the other way around. These pressure points sink gently into the pressure-relieving material and allow your body’s weight to be evenly distributed and dispersed across the mattress. The topper also conforms to your body shape, which gives you pressure free therapeutic support. I have certainly noticed a change, so much so that I went and boat a foam wedge pillow as well, which serves to support my neck and ensure my entire spine is properly aligned while I sleep. By keeping my body on the right angle and providing a tilt to relieve pressure on the arch of my back, the foam wedge pillow is a lifesaver. The combination of these two products together has significantly decreased my back pain during the night and also assist in preventing it during the day. I am sleeping so much better than before and this has increased the quality of my life tenfold. Now, if only I could get my brother to stop snoring!
